What you need to know

Your body works best when you are able to vary your posture regularly. However working at a teller workstation may involve prolonged periods in a static position.

For this reason it's important to make the effort to vary your posture and add movement to your working day. This may include:

  • Seated posture
  • Standing posture
  • Comfortable shoes
  • Micro-pauses
  • Exercises for work.
