Introduction
In this activity you will play the role of a building supervisor for a building project. You will develop a project schedule for the construction of a single-storey house. Because building a house involves so many tasks, for the purposes of this activity you will focus on just one stage of the building process - the fixing and fittings stage. Your employer would like the entire project finished before the end of June. Consultations with sub-contractors and suppliers have indicated that the earliest possible start date for this phase of the project is 8 May.
