Develop, track and revise project timeframes

Part of the planning for a construction process involves thinking about organising the many tasks which comprise the project. Two major methods of organising tasks will be investigated in this topic: PERT charts and Gantt charts. Both are tools for scheduling tasks in a project but each has a different emphasis.
