Outcomes of the project

There were two major outcomes of the project in addition to the resource of the Action Self Enabling Reflective Tool. These outcomes are presented in the form of two matrices that map the findings of the project. The first matrix is of the dimensions of distributed leadership and inputs required to move towards distributed leadership. The second matrix contains the values of practices found in distributed leadership.
