Action research cycle three: Action self enabling reflective tool

 The third action research cycle commenced with a meeting of the project team to explore how the distributed leadership matrices could be developed into an enabling tool for distributed leadership. This resulted in the design of an ‘Action’ framework and a ‘Self-Enabling Reflective’  process, together acting as an ‘Action Self Enabling Reflective Tool'.
