Action research cycle two: Distributed leadership matrices

The second action research cycle commenced with the scoping document becoming the basis for the project team to probe their initial findings more deeply and to extend their review so as to draw upon a larger body of data. Consequently, a series of further questions were developed with the intent that they would be presented to the original participants representing the four original projects. These participants met as a community of practice at reflective workshops in each of their respective institutions. The current project team leader, in collaboration with the respective project team member from the particular institution, facilitated these workshops.
