Email. It sounds basic, but it is vital to have a professional looking email and to ensure your tone, language and even font gives the right impression. Make sure your email signature is detailed, professional and includes the following:
- Your name
- Title
- Role
- Organisation
- Contact details
- Other messages as appropriate – regarding a campaign or a philosophy
- Some people include a photo and/or a company logo.
Remember, emails are legal documents and need to be filed and archived accordingly.
