The final CBP provisions to be considered relate to monitoring and sanctions. As part of our commitment to the CBP, the Bank participates in the Code Compliance Monitoring Committee (CCMC). This committee is responsible for monitoring compliance with the CBP and for investigating and reporting on any breaches.

Should a breach occur, the Bank could be named in a CCMC report. As this would be extremely damaging to our reputation it is important that all staff comply with the CBP, which basically means continuing to provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
