VFS is required by the CBP to produce a brochure that describes the dispute resolution process and to make it readily available to customers at all times. If you work in a branch, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to replenish this brochure, should supplies begin to decline.

You also need to ensure that there are copies of the CBP available for customers at all times.
