This module has provided you with an introduction to the main provisions within the CBP. You should now be able to describe the three sections that impact the way you undertake your daily duties:

• Disclosures
• Principles of Conduct
• Resolution of disputes, monitoring and sanctions.

Should you ever want to refresh your memory on the requirements of any of these sections, you will always find copies of the CBP available at the branch. Keep in mind that the CBP must be available for customers at all times.
