We are NOT required to provide information if:

• It involves internal policies, procedures or evaluative information relating to our commercially sensitive decision-making processes, for example, how the credit assessment process works for loans
• It will have unreasonable impact upon the privacy of other individuals
• The request is frivolous or vexatious
• Providing access would be unlawful, may prejudice an investigation or disclosure would harm national security
• The information relates to an existing legal dispute resolution proceeding between VFS and the individual and the information would not be accessible as part of this process.
