Fabricating with sheet metal

Fabricating a component using sheet metal may require the performance of a range of operations including:

  • cutting
  • drilling or cutting holes
  • filing
  • folding
  • joining.

In each case the method to use will vary depending on the component being fabricated, the degree of accuracy required, and the material type and size.
