Safety helmets
Safety helmets should be provided by the employer and worn by the employees on any site where:
- people are working below other people
- there is a chance of someone being struck by a falling or overhanging object.
On any site where these circumstances are likely to arise, a notice regarding the wearing of safety helmets should be displayed at each main entrance to the site.
