Introduction
This activity provides you with information about a site which is to be compiled into a condition report.
You can download a sample condition report (Word 114 KB) which contains a sample report and sample site plan, to print and keep for reference. You may find this useful when doing this activity.
The condition report has two parts - a sketch plan and a summary sheet.
Your sketch plan should contain:
- location of services such as gas, water, sewer, stormwater, electricity and telecommunications
- details of adjacent property setbacks and windows. This should be redrawn to a scale of 1:200 as shown on the sample site plan.
The summary sheet is a list of the condition of various items and there is space for comments to be made when further details are needed. You can download and print a blank condition report (Word 74 KB) to note comments as you proceed through the activity.
