Monitor project costs

In the first stage of a construction project a quote is produced.  A quote is an estimate of the cost of all materials and labour required on a building project.  The quote should cover the following points from the beginning to the end of the project:

• planning, which includes architect input, administration and monitoring of costs
• labour
• materials.
