Principles of conduct

Malcolm and RosieLet us now consider the CBP principles of conduct using the Rosie and Malcolm Westover scenario. In this scenario, Rosie and Malcolm are thinking of changing transaction accounts. Under the CBP, one of the principles of conduct is to provide customers with written notification of the introduction of, or variation to, particular terms and conditions at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
