Given disclosure is so important to our ongoing relationship with the
customer, the CBP specifies a number of provisions regarding the presentation
and content of information contained in disclosure documents like the
PDS. For example, the PDS must be presented in a manner that makes it
look different than the marketing or promotional material. The PDS must
also provide particular information such as a description of the method
by which interest is calculated.
