Foot support

When sitting in a teller chair, it is important that your feet be comfortably supported. This ensures uninterrupted blood flow to your legs. Some workstations have a permanently installed footstool; in other workstations you may adjust the foot-ring on your chair or employ a footstool.

Demonstration

The foot ring on the chair in the photo may be adjusted to a comfortable height. A footstool like the one in the photo may be placed under your chair to support your feet.

What to do

If you do not have foot support at your workstation, discuss this requirement with your manager. Remember to use foot support when seated at your workstation.
