Seat height

Your seat height should be adjusted so that you can sit at your workstation with your fingers on the keys, your shoulders relaxed and your forearms and thighs horizontal to the floor. When seated at your teller workstation a footstool or foot ring should support your feet.

What to do

With your right hand locate lever number 1 on your chair and adjust your seat height.

You may need a footstool or to adjust the foot ring to ensure that your feet are supported. Some people may prefer using a footstool rather than the foot ring for their postural comfort.
