Reflection on practice

In each project the central learning and teaching unit provided a project management role that enabled the changes being made at the school/faculty level to be supported by integrated action.

 

Examples from original projects

RMIT logo

Monthly meetings of the project team organised by the Director, Learning and Teaching and chaired by the DVC(A) enabled changes introduced by the action research teams to be supported.

 

 

Macquarie logo

A project manager was provided from the central learning and teaching unit to assist co-ordination of activity and developmentally appropriate support.

 

 

Wollongong logo

Fortnightly meetings were organised and facilitated by an academic developer from the central Learning and teaching unit. Regular meetings of the group with the DVC (Academic) also facilitated action.

Strong working relationship with the IT department assisted the integration of pedagogical and technical ideas.
