The timing of the project team meetings was changed from late afternoon to early morning as this was found to encourage participants to be more reflective.

Developed multi level reflective strategies. Supported reflection sessions were held monthly for all participants (Action Research Enablers). Leaders in effective practice forums were also held monthly for collaborative reflective. Additional reflective lenses were provided by the external evaluator, the influencers (champions) and the reference group. |
