Each project utilised the action research process to make adjustments to the project process.

 

Examples from original projects

RMIT logo

The timing of the project team meetings was changed from late afternoon to early morning as this was found to encourage participants to be more reflective.

 

 Macquarie logo

Developed multi level reflective strategies. Supported reflection sessions were held monthly for all participants (Action Research Enablers). Leaders in effective practice  forums were also held monthly for collaborative reflective. Additional reflective lenses were provided by the external evaluator, the  influencers (champions) and the reference group.

As gaps in the institutional knowledge were identified by participants, key senior executive were invited to formal meetings to address this. E.g. lack of understanding of instutional committee structure and its purpose.
