The CBP disclosure requirements are designed to ensure customers can make an informed decision as to whether to enter into a particular banking service, such as a savings account.

Whenever customers adopt a banking service, they are entering into a contract with the Bank. This contract imposes obligations on both the Bank and the customer to act in accordance with specified terms and conditions. This means that either party may be liable if they fail to abide by these terms and conditions. It is therefore very important that customers' understand these terms and conditions.
