Poster authors will be provided with easels to display
their posters. Precise location to be announced locally. The panel size is
approximately 2.07m x 2.5m
Invitation letters
In order to obtain an invitation letter please follow the instructions below,- Download the Template for the invitation letter and fill in or substitute the text in blue accordingly with your information. Save it as a MS Word (compatible) Document under the name "Invitation Letter - your lastname.doc".
- Send it to OTM Secretariat (onthemove (at) starlab (dot) vub (dot) ac (dot) be) where we will corroborate your registration and forward it to our Local Organising Chair
- You will receive the letter, signed and stamped by email in pdf format from our Local Organising Chair.
Note: As we have agreed with the National Institute of Migration from Mexico, by September 1st, all Mexican consulates in all countries will have been notified about our event, which will facilitate your application. Normally, the letter we will provide you by e-mail will be sufficient, nevertheless if for some reason you are requested the original version, please let the OTM Secretariat know so we can mail it as soon as possible.
