4.5 Breadth-First User Prediction

• Having worked through the Breadth-First search method exercises from the previous section, now test your understanding with the User Prediction mode.

• Click Reset.

• Select the Single Step (User Prediction from the Mode menu.

• Using the same problem as before, begin predicting the next node to be expanded by the Breadth-First search. Use the mouse pointer to identify your choice, then click the mouse button to see if you are correct. Repeat this process until you are confident you understand how the Breadth-First search operates.
